What is the Commuting Plan?

This is an all-inclusive package plan that covers “Enrollment Fee” + “Academic Lessons” + “Behind-the-Wheel Training” + “Textbook Fees”.

    • Driving Test Fees for 1 attempt each (Learner’s Permit Driving Test & Graduation Driving Test)

    Out of the 26 periods of academic lessons, periods 2–10 and 15–26 can be taken online.

    In-person academic lessons (periods 1, 11, 12, 13, 14) are supported with translation devices.

    ※Interpreters will not accompany you during daily academic lessons, driving training, or actual examinations.

    What to Bring on Enrollment Day

    If even one required document is missing, the enrollment procedure cannot be completed. Please be absolutely sure to bring them.

    1. Identification Documents

    3. Payment of Training Fees

      If paying on the day of enrollment, please bring the tuition fee. If you have already paid in advance, please bring the bank transfer receipt.

    Other Cautions & Important Notices

    Kakemaru
    • ● Interpreters will not accompany you during academic training, driving training, theory exams, or the learner’s permit & graduation driving tests.
    • ● In the case of a mid-term withdrawal or expulsion requested by the student, the enrollment fee, miscellaneous expenses, and fees for completed lessons cannot be refunded.
    • ● If the school determines that your behavior is inappropriate, you may be subject to expulsion.
    • ● Please make sure to read the Important Notes regarding enrollment.

    Eyesight, and Appearance

    ■ About Clothing & Footwear

    • 〇 Please refrain from wearing revealing clothes such as short shorts, mini skirts, or sleeveless tops.
    • 〇 Please take off hats and sunglasses inside the school buildings.
    • 〇 Sneakers suitable for driving are highly recommended.
      Crocs-style sandals, standard sandals, high heels, and platform shoes are strictly prohibited.

    ■ About Eyesight & Contact Lenses

    • 〇 If you need glasses or contact lenses, please make sure to bring them.
    • 〇 Eyesight Requirements: Visual acuity of 0.3 or higher in each eye and 0.7 or higher in both eyes is required.
    • 〇 Colored contact lenses and prescription sunglasses cannot be used during training because the instructor cannot check your eye movements. You will also be asked to remove them when taking ID photographs.

    • 〇 In Japan, tattoos can sometimes cause discomfort to others. If you have them, please cover them completely with long sleeves, covers, or bandages.
